FareigX
• Creator Owner Operator of FareigX located at www.FAREIGX.com June 2023 - April 2025 FareigX is a combination of ideas from Frei Homes and Fareig Automotive Services which introduces a number of ideas to the automotive repair and maintenance scene.
FareigX includes all of Frei Homes, Fareig and adds the element of the vehicle sale as another component of Farieg. Fareig is an acronym for fractional automotive real estate investment group. FREIHOMES.com was added to FareigX in 2024. The FareigX can be located at www.FareigX.com.
In 2024, while driving for Roadie, a UPS company, I enhanced some of the ideas of FAREIG and added to it the idea of used vehicle sales and called this FareigX. FareigX is the evolution and combination of Frei Homes and all of Fareig, the vehicle repairs and maintenance part mixed with used vehicle sales. It makes any shop more efficient and effective while more profitable.

• As a real estate broker for REDDS an acronym meaning real estate David Darby, I would run ads in house trader and spend 45 to 75 minutes conversing with potential clients to build rapport and let them know how I went about the entire real estate transaction.
I'd meet them to collect the required documents. I'd collect w-2s, 1099s, 2 years tax documents from the clients with at least the last 2 years, to get a properly filled 1003, the 4 page loan application. I would then send that file to any number of lenders for the loan approval. The clients are ready to start looking for a home. The requirements for a funding the loan would be the home and the documentation for that loan approval, such as a valid appraisal.
Once an executed purchase agreement was available for the lender I would set up the necessary inspections and work through the issues which always arise and at the same time had the necessary disclaimers signed
There was always two folders for my transactions as I was the type of real estate broker which double ended the entire purchase. After the inspections and any re-negotiations where complete we moved forward with the next phase of the process. The process entailed the completion of any needs of the lender and any 3rd party contracts such as a home warranty or getting home insurance.
Based upon the escrow timing I would do a final walk-through with clients and about this same time, have the real estate loan notary come to their current home to have the clients sign the loan documents and explain each page of the loan documents. After this process the loan documents went back to the lender for review and any funds were brought to escrow and the escrow was closed. I'd get keys and meet the client at their new home.
